Assigning tests to activities

Administrators must enable the Post Test Access Upon Online Content Completion feature toggle.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > Learning and Development.

You can assign a test to an activity after creating an activity.

Learning and Development administrators can add one or more pre-tests or post-tests to an activity. Employees can progress through a series of tests as specified in the activity.

  1. Select Catalog > Activities And Sessions.
  2. Double-click an activity.

    To enable the availability of the Post-test only after activity completion feature, select an activity with cmi5 online content.

  3. Click Tests.
  4. In the Pre-tests or Post-tests areas, click Create.

    Optionally, click Create in the Post-test section to enable the availability of the Post-test only after activity completion feature.

  5. Specify this information:
    Test Name
    Specify the test.
    Current
    Turn on this switch to enable adding the current test.
    Post-Test Available only after Activity Completion
    Turn on this switch to enable post-test availability only after the activity is complete. If enabled, employees must complete the cmi5 online content before the post-test becomes available to them.
    If a new post-test is added and the flag status is changed, a confirmation message is displayed.
    If you click OK in the confirmation message, all post-tests associated with the activity after they are changed to the new flag status.
    Order Of Completion
    Specify the place of order in the series of tests that employees take when multiple tests are attached to an activity. For example, specify 1 for the test that employees should take first.
  6. Click Submit.
