Step enrollment

You can organize the enrollment process into a sequence of steps. You can configure introductory information as text and make videos a part of the benefits process.

The introduction and the enrollment are the phases of the user experience.

In the introduction, the user views a sequence of pages that serve either of two purposes:

  • Offer information about benefits enrollment
  • Collect benefits information from the employee

Introductory content includes text and video. In this phase, the user can update personal information. The Introduction includes up to four pages: Welcome, Video, Employee Information, and Dependents.

If the employee completes all steps in the introductory phase, the employee advances to the enrollment phase. In the enrollment phase, the user enrolls in benefit plans, submits documentation, and reviews and confirms the enrollment.

Benefit administrators must enable step enrollment at the organization level. They can configure enrollment events.
