Copying an exchange time off period

Use this procedure to copy rules from an existing exchange time off period and create another.

  1. Select Administration > Set Up.
  2. In the Payroll pane, click Exchange Time Off.
  3. Select the exchange time off schedule.
  4. On the Periods tab, select the exchange time off period.
  5. Click Copy Period.
    Note: If you run the new exchange request period, the previous one is automatically deactivated.
