Enabling the Absence Management interface

You must enable Absence Management for interface balances, transactions, or time records.

  1. Select Absence > Administration.
  2. Click the Utilities tab.
  3. Select a new record or click Update Existing record.
  4. On the File Selection tab, select the Absence check box.
  5. Specify this information:
    Interface Hours with General Ledger
    Select this check box to interface hours with general ledger.

    Amounts are always included in the interface.

  6. Click Save.
