Performance Actions widget

The Performance Actions widget provides real-time visibility into overdue and upcoming performance-related activities across key modules. It enables you to proactively monitor, prioritize, and take action on pending items directly from the workspace.

Selecting any tile opens a modal that shows records that are due or approaching their due date. You can show or hide KPI categories and configure the visibility of Appraisals, Check-ins, Corrective Actions, and Grievances.

These are the visual indicators in the Performance Actions widget:
  • A red indicator appears for overdue items.
  • No icon is shown for items that are coming due.
  • No icon is displayed when the count is zero.

In the Status dropdown, the default status is Overdue, with an option to switch to Coming Due. Changing the selected status refreshes all KPI tile counts.

In the Timeframe dropdown, when the status is Overdue, the available timeframes are Within the last 7 days and Within the last 30 days. When the status is Coming Due, the available timeframes are Today, Within the next 7 days, and Within the next 30 days. Timeframe options dynamically change based on the selected status.
