Quick Actions widget

The Quick Actions widget in the Employee Performance Administration workspace provides quick access to commonly performed performance administration tasks to reduce navigation effort. This widget presents a set of predefined links with role-based visibility.

This list shows the actions you can perform in this Quick Actions widget:

Launches overlay dialogs or application forms.
Enables direct navigation to performance-related tasks.
Create Appraisal: Opens the Create Appraisals By Resource modal dialog. Specify the information in the form and click Submit.
Create Appraisal by Group: Opens the Create Appraisals By Group modal dialog. Specify the information in the form and click Submit.
Appraisal Maintenance: Navigates to the Appraisal Maintenance page in the HRT application.
Organizational Goals: Navigates to the All Organizational Goals tab in the Goals module in the HR Talent application.
