KPI ribbon widget
The L&D KPI ribbon widget shows consolidated workforce and performance metrics within the workspace. It is powered by BQL (Birst Query Language) and consumes data through Visual Analytics. Each KPI shows aggregated metric values and supports drill-back navigation to the corresponding Birst dashboard.

- Total Completions (Count): Past 3 months
- Activities - Avg Completion Time (Hours): Last 12 months
- Dev Plans - Avg Completion Time (Hours): Last 12 months

Total Overdue (Count)
This KPI shows the total number of overdue Learning and Development items, including activities, development plans, and certifications. The count reflects overdue enrollments within the past three months. The KPI supports drill-back navigation to view detailed overdue records filtered to active employees.
Total Completions (Count)
This KPI shows the total number of Learning and Development enrollments that have been completed within the past three months. It also supports drill-back navigation to detailed completion data.
Activities - Avg Completion Time (Hours)
This KPI shows the average time of completed hours for activities over the last 12 months. Users can drill back to detailed activity data.
Dev Plans - Avg Completion Time (Hours)
This KPI shows the average time of completed hours for development plans over the last 12 months. It also supports drill-back navigation to view detailed development plan information.
Certifications - Average Completion Time (Hours)
This KPI shows the average time of completed hours for certifications over the last 12 months. It also supports drill-back navigation to detailed certification data.
