KPI ribbon widget

The Workforce and Performance KPIs widget provides analytics-driven performance and workforce metrics using BQL queries from Birst, enabling you to monitor promotion trends, appraisal delays, compensation impact, and workforce size directly within the workspace. Headcount metrics are calculated as of today, while all other KPIs are based on the last 12 months. Selecting View Dashboard from the More Actions button opens the related Birst view.

This list shows the information you can view in the KPI ribbon widget:

Headcount: Total number of active employees as of today.
Avg Late Appraisals: Average number of days appraisals are completed after the Appraisal Completion Date. Includes completed appraisals only.
Promotions With Rating (%): Number of promotions with a finalized rating divided by the total number of employees.
Overall Promotion Rate (%): Total number of promotions divided by the total number of employees within scope.
Avg Pay Change: Average compensation change percentage over the last 12 months.
