KPI ribbon widget

The compensation KPIs widget provides analytics-driven compensation and workforce metrics using BQL queries from Birst. It enables you to monitor headcount, average length of service, average annual base pay, and average hourly rate directly within the workspace. Headcount is calculated as of today, while all other KPIs are based on the last 12 months.

This list shows the information you can find in the KPI ribbon widget:
  • Headcount: Total number of active employees as of today.
  • Avg LOS: Average length of service (LOS), in years, for active employees over the last 12 months.
  • Avg Annual Base Rate: Average annual base salary across employees over the last 12 months.
  • Avg Hourly Rate: Average hourly compensation rate across employees over the last 12 months.
