Promotion Rate by Rating widget

The Promotion Rate by Rating widget visualizes the distribution of promotion rates across performance rating categories over the last 12 months. Promotion rates are segmented by appraisal rating, with rating categories displayed on the X-axis and promotion rate percentages shown on the Y-axis. Clicking the More Actions button and selecting View Dashboard drills back to the corresponding Birst dashboard for further analysis.
