Open Enrollment Status widget

The Open Enrollment Status widget provides a consolidated KPI view of employee enrollment progress across six defined statuses for a selected Open Enrollment event. This enables you to monitor enrollment completion and overall participation.

The widget shows counts for these statuses:
  • Draft
  • Started
  • Submitted
  • Submit Pending
  • Finalized
  • Inactive
Each KPI tile shows the status name and corresponding resource count. This list shows the actions you can perform in the Open Enrollment Status widget:
  • A dropdown allows you to select a specific Open Enrollment event.
  • The widget shows resource-level enrollment counts across all statuses.
  • Selecting a status opens a modal within the workspace that shows the resources contributing to that count.
  • Clicking View all navigates you to the Enrollments page in the Benefits module.
