KPI ribbon widget

The KPI ribbon widget provides a view of pending and compliance-sensitive benefits activities, enabling you to quickly identify items that require attention and drill into detailed records for timely action.

This list shows the information you can view in the KPI ribbon widget:

  • EOI - Pending: Evidence of Insurability (EOI) records where the EOI status is Pending. This includes employees who have elected coverage that requires EOI, but whose required medical or insurance documentation has not yet been approved. Clicking this widget drills back to the application page showing filtered EOI records.
  • Adjustment Review - One Time Deductions: Shows the count of pending one-time deduction adjustments. Clicking this widget opens the application list page.
  • COBRA Participants - Enrolled: Shows resources enrolled in COBRA events with an enrollment status of Enrolled. This includes all historical enrollments. Clicking this widget opens the COBRA participant list.
  • Life Events (Pending Approval): Shows life event records where the documentation status is Pending Approval. Clicking this widget opens a filtered list of life event records.
