Pay Change by Rating widget

The Pay Change by Rating widget shows the average pay change percentage grouped by performance rating over the last 12 months. Performance rating categories are shown on the X-axis, while average pay change percentages are shown on the Y-axis. Clicking the More Actions button and selecting View Dashboard opens the corresponding Birst dashboard for further analysis.
