Printing a case

When a case is printed, case details, audit information, emails, notes and attachments are included in the printout. Case printing rights are configured by population and role.
  1. Select Queue.
    If you're a manager, you can access cases in Cases > All.
  2. On the Assigned To Me, All, or Unassigned tab, select a case to print.
  3. Click Print To PDF.
  4. Complete the details of the print setup, and click Print.
