Unhiding cases from the Hidden Cases report

As a case agent, you can view hidden cases in the Report Catalog and unhide the cases to show them in the agent queue.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select User > Report Catalog.

  1. Select Report Catalog > Case Management > General.
  2. Specify Hidden Cases in the Search field and click Hidden Cases.
  3. Select one or more cases from the list.
    If no cases are displayed, click Search.
  4. Right-click the selected cases and select Unhide Case(s).
    Optionally, click the More Actions button and select Unhide Case(s).
