You can assign a case that is in the system to be the parent case of the case that you are viewing. You can use this form to locate and identify the case that you want to become the parent.

If you're a manager, you can access cases by selecting .
- On the Assigned To Me, All, or Unassigned tab, select and open a case.
- Click the Relationships tab.
- Click Add.
- Specify this information:

Specify Parent.

Parent Case

Specify the parent case.

Reason

Specify information that explains the reason for the parent-child relationship.
- Click Submit.
