Cases

As a service center user, you can use cases to track employee issues and job application-related cases.

This list shows how cases are created:
  • Employees can use the Cases tab in their profile to create cases.
  • You can manually create cases.
  • Job application cases can be created automatically or manually by case agents and recruiters.

    See the Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select User > Talent Acquisition.

When a case is created, you can modify, transfer, and close cases.
