Viewing job applicants’ cases as a manager

As a case manager, you can view and manage job applicant cases in case management from Resources and Cases menus. If you're a manager with the case agent role, you can also access cases from the Queue menu.

Before you can view cases for job applicants, administrators must enable the Candidate Onboarding feature.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > Case Management.

Viewing cases for job applicants from the Resources menu

Case agents, case managers, and case administrators can access job applicants’ cases from the Resources menu in case management.
  1. Select Resources.
  2. Click the Candidates tab.
  3. In the Candidates section, select a record.
    Records in this section represent individual job applications. As a result, a candidate may be shown in the list multiple times if there are cases associated with more than one job application.
  4. In the Profile Summary pane, view information about the candidate, such as address, assigned recruiter, date applied, and employment start date.
  5. To open and edit a case, double-click a case in the Most Recent Cases pane.
  6. Specify your changes and click Save.
    Note: You can also create a case for the job applicant using the Create button in the Most Recent Cases section. The Close Case button is also available in open cases in the Most Recent Cases section. To view other available actions, right-click the section and select an action to perform.

Viewing cases for job applicants from the Cases menu

As a case manager, you can view job applicants’ cases from the Cases menu.
  1. Select Cases > All.
    Optionally, click the Candidates tab to view all cases related to job applications.
  2. To view cases related to a job application, specify any of this information:
    ID
    Specify the candidate's ID number.
    Name
    Specify the candidate's name.
    Job Requisition
    Specify the job requisition.
    Case Type
    Select Job Application.
  3. Click Search.
