Adding a child case to a case

You can assign a case that is in the system to be a child case of the case that you are viewing. You can use this form to locate and identify the case that you want to become the child.
  1. Select Queue.
    If you're a manager, you can access cases by selecting Cases > All.
  2. On the Assigned To Me, All, or Unassigned tab, select and open a case.
  3. Click the Relationships tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Specify this information:
    Relationship
    Specify Child.
    Child Case
    Specify the child case.
    Reason
    Specify information that explains the reason for the parent-child relationship.
  6. Click Submit.
