Hiding a case

As a case agent, you can hide closed cases so they do not show in the case list. You can hide cases from the agent queue or from the report catalog.

Hiding a case from the agent's queue

  1. Select Queue > Assigned To Me.
  2. Select one or more closed cases.
  3. Right-click the selected cases and select Hide Case(s).
    Optionally, click the More Actions button and select Hide Case(s).

Hiding a case from the Report Catalog

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select User > Report Catalog.
  1. Select Report Catalog > Case Management > General.
  2. Specify Closed Cases in the Search field and click Closed Cases.
  3. Select one or more cases from the list.
    If no cases are displayed, click Search.
  4. Right-click the selected cases and select Hide Case(s).
    Optionally, click the More Actions button and select Hide Case(s).
