Viewing job applicants’ cases as an agent
As a case agent, you can view and manage job applicant cases in case management from and menus.
Before you can view cases for job applicants, administrators must enable the Candidate Onboarding feature.

Viewing cases for job applicants from the Resources menu
Case agents, case managers, and case administrators can access job applicants’ cases from the menu in case management.
Viewing cases for job applicants from the Queue menu
As a case agent, you can view job applicants’ cases from the menu. If you're a manager with the case agent role, you can also access cases from the menu.
