As a case agent, you can export reports, such as cases assigned to you, to a .CSV file. You can view exported filed in print reports.
- Select .
- On the Assigned To Me, All, or Unassigned tab, click the More Actions button.
You can also select and right-click a specific case in the queue.

- To export the report now, complete the form and click Export. To schedule an export in the future, click Schedule.
