Exporting reports from the agent queue to .CSV

As a case agent, you can export reports, such as cases assigned to you, to a .CSV file. You can view exported filed in print reports.
  1. Select Queue.
  2. On the Assigned To Me, All, or Unassigned tab, click the More Actions button.
    You can also select and right-click a specific case in the queue.
  3. Select Export To > CSV.
  4. To export the report now, complete the form and click Export. To schedule an export in the future, click Schedule.
