Enabling display population

As a configuration administrator, you can specify that the Population column is shown in the queues and most standard reports. If the column is hidden, then the data can still be filtered by population.
  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Primary pane, click Application Settings.
  3. Double-click an organization record.
  4. On the General tab, select Display Population.
  5. Click Save.
