Creating a record for Case Simple Email Integration

Administrators must enable the System Administration Consolidated Webapp feature toggle.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

  1. From System Administration, select Integrations > Integration Maintenance.
  2. In the Primary pane, click Dashboard.
  3. Click the More Actions button, and select Create.
  4. In the Integration field, specify Case Simple Email Integration.
  5. Click Submit.
