Scheduling automated notifications
- Select .
- In the Notifications pane, click Schedule SLA Alerts, Schedule Reminders, or Schedule Survey Reminder.
- Click Schedule.
- On the Schedule tab, specify this information:

Schedule Type

Specify the parameters for the exports.

Schedule Exclusion

Optionally, specify an exclusion if you would like an action not to run during the time period that you specified in the fields above. When you specify an exclusion, the action is not run during the exclusion period. If you want to schedule an exclusion set rather than an exclusion, leave this field blank.

Schedule Exclusion Set

Optionally, specify an exclusion set if you would like an action not to run during the time period that you specified in the fields above. - On the Start / Stop tab, specify this information:

First Time To Run

Specify the date that the action is initially run.

Last Time To Run

Specify the date that the action will run for the last time.
- On the Notification tab, specify this information:

Schedule Name

A value is provided. For SLA Alerts, the value is SLAReminderAction. For Reminders, the value is ScheduleReminderAction. For Survey Reminders, the value is SurveyReminderAction.

Notification Type

Specify the circumstances under which email notifications are sent: Never, On Failure, Always.

Email Address

Specify the email address of the recipient of notifications.

Threshold Minutes

Specify the number of minutes required for an error to time out.
- On the Concurrecy tab, select a parameter for running actions simultaneously in the Run Action Concurrently field.
- On the Failure Strategy tab, specify this information:

Strategy

Specify a strategy that is employed in case the action fails.

Report Options

Specify to receive the schedule report.

Number Of Retries

Specify the number of times the system retries the action when it fails.

Continue On Failure To Run

Select this feature to continue to run the action when errors are occur, rather than stopping the action when an error occurs.
- Click Ok.
