Enabling integration with Infor HR Knowledgebase

  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Primary pane, click Application Settings.
  3. Double-click an organization record.
  4. Click the Knowledge Base Integration tab.
  5. Specify this information:
    Knowledgebase URL
    Specify the URL of the knowledgebase landing page.
    Label
    Specify the name of the link label.
    Employee Identifier
    Specify the field in the HRSD t_cusUser table whose value is used to identify the employee. For example, if AccountID is selected, then the employee is identified by accountID.
    Available To
    Select the service center roles who can access knowledgebase.
