Setting bulk transfer privileges

As an administrator, you can specify the service center user roles that have permission to transfer cases in bulk. Service managers transfer cases from the Cases menu and agents transfer cases from the agent queue.
  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Primary pane, click Application Settings.
  3. Double-click an organization record.
  4. Click the Feature Options tab.
  5. In the Other Role-Based Options section, select the service center user roles that have bulk transfer permission.
  6. Click Save.
