Enabling close case on job application disposition

The Close Case on Job Application Disposition feature automatically closes open cases associated with a job application that reaches a disposition step. When this feature is triggered, all related open cases are closed and the case lifecycle is completed according to the configured resolution template. For example, when a parent case closes because a job application reaches a disposition step, all child cases associated with the parent case are automatically closed.

Upon closure, the case substatus is automatically applied according to the default closed substatus in the topic’s standard field set.

Before you enable this feature, ensure that case management for candidate onboarding is enabled for your organization.
