Enabling Case Management self-service modules

Case Management must be enabled.
Self-service modules offer employees and managers direct access to the service center:
  • Employee Ask: Employees use this module to create cases and monitor their progress.
  • Manager Ask: Managers use this module to create cases and to monitor cases that pertain to their direct reports.
  1. In HR Administration, select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Structure pane, click Organizations.
  3. Double-click an organization.
  4. Click the Configuration tab.
  5. In the Case Management section, select Enable Employee Ask Menu, Enable Manager Ask Menu, or both.
  6. Click Save.
