Enabling Case Management self-service modules
Case Management must be enabled.
Self-service modules offer employees and managers direct access to the service center:
- Employee Ask: Employees use this module to create cases and monitor their progress.
- Manager Ask: Managers use this module to create cases and to monitor cases that pertain to their direct reports.
- In , select .
- In the Structure pane, click .
- Double-click an organization.
- Click the Configuration tab.
- In the Case Management section, select , , or both.
- Click .
