Send transferred notification when new case is created

Configuration administrators can configure the Transferred Notification to be sent to an agent when a new case is created. This enables the agent who creates a new case to notify the agent to whom the case is assigned that the case has been created.
  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Notifications pane, click Configure Notifications.
  3. Double-click the Transferred notification.
  4. Select Send For New Cases.
  5. Click Save.
