Assigning a population and topic to a service group

As a configuration administrator, you can add populations and topics to service groups. Service groups are defined by specific population and topic combinations.
Note: For a population with a Job Application type, you can assign the population only to service groups with a case type of Job Application or All.
  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Primary pane, click Service Groups.
  3. Select a service group.
  4. Click the Populations tab.
  5. Click the Population field, select a population, and click OK.
  6. Click Save.
