Viewing job applicants’ cases
As a service center user, you can view and manage job applicant cases in case management through multiple entry points. Access depends on your role and workflow needs and includes views from the , , and menus.
Before you can view cases for job applicants, administrators must enable the Candidate Onboarding feature.

Case agents, case managers, and case administrators can access job applicants’ cases from the menu in case management.
