Editing a notification's subject and message

Notifications must be imported before they can be activated or edited.

You can specify the text in the subject field and message field. You can apply text variables to the subject and message fields.

  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Notifications pane, click Configure Notifications.
  3. On the Email Notifications or Internal Notifications tab, double-click a notification record.
  4. Specify this information:
    Subject
    Specify the text that is shown in Subject field of the notification.
    Body Internal
    Specify the text that is shown in body of the notification.
  5. Click Save.
