Enabling Case Management for candidate onboarding

With case management for job applicants, service center users and recruiters can create job applicant cases. Candidates can't create a ticket for themselves. You can also setup automated triggers or external APIs to create job applicant cases automatically. Each case references the candidate and job requisition and uses job application data to distinguish job applicant cases from employee cases on case management.

As an administrator, you must enable the case management for candidate onboarding to use this feature for your organization.

  1. From HR Administration, select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Structure pane, click Organizations.
  3. Open an organization to configure.
  4. Click the Configuration tab.
  5. In the Case Management section, select Enable Candidate Onboarding.
  6. Click Save.
