Cloning a service representative’s service groups

Any service representative’s service groups can be cloned to another service representative in one step. So the second service representative has access to the same service groups as the initial service representative. Organizations use this function to add a set of groups to a service representative in one step instead of assigning groups one by one.

Configuration administrators can perform this task. Other roles can be granted access to the Service Group Members report and to cloning.

  1. Select Report Catalog > Case Management > Service Group Member.
  2. Right-click the service group member record to clone and select Clone.
  3. Select a service employee who will be assigned the groups.
  4. Click Submit.
