Adding and configuring privilege sets

Population privileges grant rights to service user roles or employees for functions like note editing, case printing, attachment removing, and related functions.
  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Primary pane, click Configurable Lists & Sets.
  3. Click Privilege Sets.
  4. Click Create.
    To configure an existing record, click the field to edit it and specify your changes.
  5. Specify this information:
    Privilege Set
    Specify the name of the privilege set. This name is used throughout the application.
    Description
    Specify a description of the privilege set for reference.
    Active
    Select Yes to make the privilege set available in the system.
  6. Click Save.
