Viewing system generated emails

As a document administrator, you can view all emails and attachments sent to an employee.

Before you can view system-generated emails, an HR administrator must enable the Store System Generated Emails and Attachments feature at the organization level.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration > Organizational structure > Configurable features > Configuring features for organizations.

  1. From System Administration, select Documents > Activity.
  2. In the Documents pane, click View All.
  3. In the Source field, click the Search button.
  4. Specify System Generated Email in the Source field and click Search.
  5. Select the record and click Ok.
  6. Click Search.
