Canceling tasks

You can cancel a transition task in a single step without performing an additional confirmation step.

Canceling tasks from a transition program

As an HR administrator, you can cancel a task directly from a transition program.

  1. Select HR Administration > Transitions.
  2. Click the Transition Programs tab.
  3. Select a transition program.
  4. Click the All tab.
  5. Open a record.
  6. On the Tasks tab, select a task.
  7. Click Cancel.

Viewing canceled administrative tasks

As an HR administrator, you can view tasks that have been canceled from the Administrative Tasks tab.

  1. Select HR Administration > Transitions.
  2. Click the Administrative Tasks tab.
  3. In the Closed Tasks section, you can view the canceled tasks.

Canceling tasks from a resource record

As an HR administrator, you can cancel a task from a specific resource record.

  1. Select Resources > Resource Search.
  2. Select and open a resource record.
  3. Click the Transition Programs tab.
  4. Open a transition program.
  5. On the Tasks tab, select a task.
  6. Click Cancel.
