Creating the Form W-2 Delivery task

You can use Form W‑2 Delivery to select an employee’s preferred Form W‑2 delivery method during a transition program. This applies only to the Resource audience.

You must create Form W‑2 Delivery before adding it to a transition program.

  1. Select HR Administration > Transitions.
  2. Click the Components tab.
  3. Select Tasks.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Task
    Specify the name of the task.
    Active
    Select this check box to make the task available for programs.
    Audience
    Specify Resource.
    Task Type
    Specify Form.
  6. On the Details tab, specify this information:
    Form
    Specify Form W-2 Delivery.
  7. Click Save.

    You can configure scheduling and email automation settings as needed.

    After a resource completes Form W‑2 Delivery, the selected delivery preference is saved and available in the Transition Management dashboard. An HR administrator cannot update or modify the selected delivery preference.
