Configuring completion messages

A completion message is a message that the candidate or resource sees when the tour is complete. When responsive controls are enabled, a standard, rich text completion message is enabled. Customers can change this message. The rich text message does not support variables or images. To include variables and images, select a content page to use instead of the rich text message.

  1. Select HR Administration > Transitions.
  2. Click the Transition Programs tab.
  3. Select a transition program.
  4. Click the Details tab.
  5. In the Completion Message section, specify this information:
    Type
    Specify the task type to Content. See Creating transition programs
    Label
    Specify a label for the message.
    Content
    You can specify a content page that is used instead of the rich text message.
  6. Click Save.
