Setting up the Form W-2 Delivery transition form

You can use the Form W‑2 Delivery transition form to support the Resource audience. The form is delivered with the application in an inactive state. You must activate the form before use.

You must enable the Payroll and Employee module to activate the form.

  1. Select HR Administration > Transitions.
  2. Click the Components tab.
  3. Select Transition Forms.
  4. Set the System column to Yes.
  5. Select Form W-2 Delivery.
  6. Specify this information:
    Transition Form
    Specify FORM W-2 DELIVERY.
    Description
    Specify Form W-2 Delivery Preference.
    Active
    Select this check box to make the transition form available.
  7. Click Save.

    If the Form W‑2 Delivery delivered content is not visible for existing users, then you must run a data maintenance action. You can run this action in System Administration > Utilities > Data Maintenance and search for Insert New Transition Management Delivered Content.
