Updating offer letter templates

As an administrator, you can update the description, category, and paragraphs in offer letter templates. You can also activate or deactivate offer letter templates.

  1. Select Administration.
  2. Click the Templates tab.
  3. Click Offer Letters.
  4. Double-click an offer letter template.
  5. Specify a new offer letter template description and category.
  6. Optionally, select a new logo and signature paragraph to add in the offer letter template.
  7. To make the template available in the system, select the Active check box.
  8. To make the template unavailable, clear the Active check box.
  9. In the Offer Paragraphs pane, specify the paragraphs in the offer letter template.
  10. Click Save.
