Deleting communication categories

As an administrator, you can delete a communication category only if there are no email templates, note templates, or approver templates that are associated with it. If there are templates that are associated with a category that you want to delete, update the templates so that they are associated with other categories, then delete the category.

  1. Select Administration.
  2. Click the Codes tab.
  3. In the Code pane, click Communication Categories.
  4. Select a category.
  5. Click Delete.
