Copying email templates

As an administrator, you can save a copy of an email template using a new template name and then update the copy. This facilitates the efficient creation of email templates that share content.

  1. Select Administration.
  2. Click the Templates tab.
  3. Click Emails > Copy.
  4. Specify this information:
    From Email Template
    Specify the name of the template that you want to copy.
    New Email Template
    Specify the name of the new template.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Specify the email template fields.
  7. Click Save.
