Creating a transition program

If your organization uses Transition Management, then recruiters can initiate transition programs for external candidates. Transition programs for internal resources are not supported.

  1. Select Requisitions or Workflows.
    If you select Requisitions, you must follow these steps to create a transition program:
    1. Select a requisition.
    2. Click the All tab.
    3. Select a candidate for whom to create a transition program.
    4. Click the More Actions button, and select Create Transition Program.
    If you select Workflows, you must follow these steps to create a transition program:
    1. Select a job requisition.
    2. Select a workflow.
    3. Select a candidate for whom to create a transition program.
    4. Click the More Actions button, and select Create Transition Program.
  2. Select a program and click Submit.
