Adding the Quick Offer action to a specific hiring workflow step

Before you can add the Quick Offer action to a specific hiring workflow step of a job requisition, you must perform these actions:
  1. Enable the Streamlined offer process for recruiters feature toggle

    See Feature toggles in Talent Acquisition.

  2. Enable the offer letter templates with paragraphs for organizations

    See Configuring Talent Acquisition organization parameters.

  3. Enable the quick offer process for an organization

    See Configuring the default offer letter and email templates for organizations.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Administration.
  2. Click Recruiting Setup.
  3. In the Workflow pane, click Hiring.
  4. Double-click a hiring workflow.
  5. Click Workflow Steps.
  6. Open a workflow step:
    1. Select an offer workflow step.
    2. Click Open.
  7. Click Actions.
  8. Click Create.
  9. In the Workflow Action, select QUICK OFFER.
  10. Click Save.
