Viewing interview questions from Talent Science

Before you view interview questions from Talent Science, you must perform these tasks:
  • Enable the Behavioral Assessment Report Interview Questions feature toggle

    See Feature toggles in Talent Acquisition.

  • Enable the Infor Talent Science integration

    See the Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration > Organizational structure > Configurable structures > Configuring features for organizations.

    See the Infor HR Talent Integrations Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Infor-to-Infor Integrations > Talent Science integration.

  • Assigning a behavioral assessment task in a job application

    See Assigning a behavioral assessment task to job applications.

You can view behavioral assessment report and interview questions for job requisitions that include Talent Science integration.

The behavioral assessment report and interview questions are automatically updated in Talent Acquisition when you run the Update Assessment Result action manually or when a candidate completes a behavioral assessment.

These are the information that you can view from the behavioral assessment report:
  • Question template
  • Must ask questions
  • Custom questions
  1. Click Requisitions.
  2. Select a requisition.
  3. Click All.
  4. Select a job application and click Open Detail.
  5. Click Hiring Process.
  6. To view the interview questions that are associated with the behavioral assessment report from Infor Talent Science, double-click the question template.
  7. Click Must Ask Questions or Custom Questions.
    You can view the questions, insights, and question type.
