Enabling system-generated resumes

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Administration > Primary.
  2. Double-click an organization.
  3. Click Profile Parsing.
  4. Specify this information:
    Profile Parsing
    Select the profile parsing provider. If the organization is not using Burning Glass or Talemetry, select None.
    Generate Resume From Profile
    Select this option to show a system-generated resume from the candidate's profile when the candidate does not have a primary resume. If the option is selected, then the system-generated resume replaces any primary resume that is attached to the candidate's job application
  5. Click Save.
