Defining talent agreement forms

As an administrator, you can configure talent agreement forms to be shown on the job application for the requisition as either a consent agreement or an acknowledgment form. The process is the same whether you are defining a consent agreement or an acknowledgment form.

  1. Select Administration.
  2. Click the Recruiting Setup tab.
  3. In the Application pane, click Talent Agreements.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Effective Date

Specify the effective date for the talent agreement.

    Talent Agreement

    Specify the agreement name.

    Description

Specify a description. This text helps recruiters select the correct forms for a requisition. The text is shown only on the talent agreement primary list or select list.

Note: It is helpful to recruiters to have the words "Consent Agreement" or "Acknowledgment" as part of the name.
    Active

The talent agreement is active by default. Clear the Active check box to make the agreement inactive. Inactive agreements are not shown in lists.

    Consent Type

If the candidate agrees to the content by selecting a check box, select Check Box.

If the candidate agrees to the content by specifying a signature, select Signature.

    Content

Specify the first paragraph of the consent agreement or acknowledgment form.

    Agreement Text
Specify the agreement or acknowledgment part of the consent agreement or acknowledgment form. This content is shown in bold text on the application and is the actual text that the candidate consents to or acknowledges.
  6. Click Save.
