Adding the Quick Offer action to any workflow step of a hiring workflow

Before you can an add the Quick Offer action to any hiring workflow step of a job requisition, you must perform these actions:
  1. Enable the Streamlined offer process for recruiters feature toggle

    See Feature toggles in Talent Acquisition.

  2. Enable the offer letter templates with paragraphs for organizations

    See Configuring Talent Acquisition organization parameters.

  3. Enable the quick offer process for an organization

    See Configuring the default offer letter and email templates for organizations.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Administration.
  2. Click Recruiting Setup.
  3. In the Workflow pane, click Actions.
  4. Open the Quick Offer action:
    1. Select QUICK OFFER.
    2. Click Open.
  5. Select the Always Available check box to add the Quick Offer action to any hiring workflow step.
  6. Click Save.
